The Heart of the Lion Is Burning…Is it in Detroit?
The poor bastards of Michigan have sat generation after generation watching Detroit not only not get to a Super Bowl but lose in amazingly disgusting seasons after season. The Lions one of the original teams at the start of the league has NO band waggoneers at all. Children are conned into this sad portrayal of sports unity through mystical moments and a lone hero that blessed this city and was poorly used by the teams thought process of winning. Our logo is not seen anywhere outside of our little area of our blip on the map. Honestly if you leave Michigan and see Detroit you are amongst brothers. Sadly, it’s the same way in the state! Our local grocery store carries 12 teams that the sell and barely Detroit beats each one. That’s right we say it proudly Lions win and the fat lady going to sing!!! NO TAKE BACKS
Present Day
Hell freezes over every year in Michigan so that’s not really that spectacular at all but 2020 has kept its promise! Can the LIONS? I’m not going to mull the stats or praise the new owner. Hell, hath no fury like a woman scorned and sorry but my ex would send you in another dimension and I love her madly to this day earn it. So, I don’t want to know the team’s players. I don’t want to know anything. Fooseball is simple kick the crap out of your opponents while they try to stop you defensively and offensively.
Both offense and defense hit. They hit hard. We break bones we get permanent life canceling injuries. I know all about it. I have PTSD and TBI from war 2001 to 2014. I was first diagnosed with these was 2004 I continued to play. I fought my ass off. Balls in your court.
A Little about Detroit
2003 I enter Baghdad after we bombed the breaks off it. It reminded me of Detroit. I’m a Muskegon area native. I love where I’m from. I love my state, I love Detroit. Our roads will destroy your car. Our water will kill you before the end of the year if you drink it. Detroit fought a war in 1968 and its continued into the abyss over the years as the hulled outbuildings and burned out cars stay stagnate forever due to poor funding. We know poor. We know hate. We know war. We build most the militaries vehicles. We design the aircraft. Our militias are feared. Our state rivalries are legendary. WE NEVER LOSE HOPE. 2020 Everyone was hyping up Detroit like it’s going to blow. Naw were hurting and we just got new stuff that is making a difference in our communities. Govt assistance is starting to come thru. Schools are getting a little better. Violence is sporadic but its not mass carnage as much. We protest were not burning down the city.
WE ARE THE BAD BOYS THO
Don’t think were being posers. Meet someone from Detroit and realize the look in the eye isn’t about our Martha Stuart life. This grinding everyday all day just to see a good day or two a month. This is just love for our children and hope for their future. This is the bad boys though that will go over and beyond to get eye for eye and were not playing.

I am a veteran and I am going to kneel in solidarity with BLM. I would encourage the fans to do the same. Put it on Barry if anything that man is amazing athlete and truly the best running back of all times and Ill argue this simply. BARRY played by himself. He had teammates and yeah, they were trying sort of, but he literally won every game for 11 seasons by himself most with post season vs his ranking = GOAT
